Group therapy is an effective treatment model for many concerns and can be an effective way to make positive changes.
Group therapy is typically lead by one or two clinicians and can focus on a wide range of issues. Usually, sessions include between 5-20 individuals with similar issues or concerns. Some groups target a specific mental wellness journey such as depression, anxiety, trauma, etc. Other groups may focus on general skills building and emotional processing.
We have a wide range of groups for which we recruit throughout the year. Your clinician may present group therapy an option or you may inquire about upcoming groups that are available for enrollment.
